There are lots of photos to share but these will suffice for now.
We then travelled over the McGillicutty Mountains and into Killarney for Mass at St Patricks Cathedral.
The tree on the grounds of the Cathedral below marks the burial site of some 240 children lost to the famine. If you look closely at the knots in the timber it looks as though there are faces there.
Late in the day we arrived in Castleisland and settled in.
Only a very short note tonight. WIFI is very tricky here. Updates may be brief for the duration of our time here. Three nights.
